Zwift + AI fitness coaching
Your Zwift rides and runs with power and heart rate, through intervals.icu or TrainingPeaks. Memory.fit brings it to your AI, so it coaches you from your real training, fueling and recovery.
Works today through intervals.icu or TrainingPeaks
What Zwift brings
- Rides and runs
- Duration and distance
- Heart rate
- Power
Memory.fit reads each finished session, not the steps of the Zwift workout you rode.
Read from intervals.icu or TrainingPeaks. Memory.fit never writes to Zwift.

In practice
What your AI does with Zwift
Indoor sessions count
Trainer rides, rows and strength sessions join the same history as your outdoor work.
Fuel the trainer
Indoor sessions sweat more. Your fueling plan accounts for it.
Balanced weeks
Your AI sees strength next to endurance and plans the two together.
