IRONMAN finisher · built Memory.fit for his own trainingA letter from the founder
To the athlete who fits training into the margins of real life.
I built Memory.fit because my AI kept forgetting me.
I've crossed the finish line of a full IRONMAN and several 70.3s. I know the high of the red carpet. I also know the misery of fading on the run because I got dinner wrong the night before.
Over the years one truth became impossible to ignore. You can train perfectly, but if your plan, your fueling and your recovery don't talk to each other, everything falls apart.
Like a lot of us, I started asking AI for help. It was brilliant in the conversation and lost the next morning. It didn't know what I rode yesterday, how I slept or what I ate. Every chat started from zero.
The data was all there. My watch had the sessions, my ring had the sleep, my food app had the meals. It just never reached the AI I was talking to.
So I built the missing piece.
Memory.fit connects your watch, your apps and your meals to the AI you already use. Your AI reads your real training, writes the plan, sets the targets and the fuel, and Memory.fit puts it in your app and on your watch.
It remembers what works for you, so the next conversation starts where the last one ended. Switch AIs, or use two. Your season stays in one place.
Memory.fit never invents a recommendation of its own. Every plan carries the name of the AI that wrote it, and you can undo any change.
Whether you're running your first 10K, lifting three days a week or chasing a big race, I built Memory.fit so you can stop doing the math and get back to training.
See you at the next start line.
