Health Connect MCP
Health Connect in ChatGPT, Claude and every MCP app.
Google has no official MCP server for Health Connect.
Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes: connect Health Connect in the Memory.fit app, add one address to your AI, and it reads workouts, sleep and heart rate.
You need the Memory.fit app on Android (the iPhone app is coming), and an AI that can add a custom connector.

Your options
Every way to get Health Connect into an AI
Google runs no MCP server for Health Connect. Community servers run on your own computer, hosted services run it for you, and so does Memory.fit.
| Option | Where it runs | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Hosted serviceClaude's Health Connect linkHosted | Hosted | Claude's Android app, in the US, on Pro, Max or Ultra, Android 14 or later (beta). Read only. |
| Hosted serviceWellness ProjectHosted | Hosted | Its own Android app reads Health Connect and keeps the history; you add its connector to ChatGPT and sign in with a Wellness Project account. |
| Hosted MCP serverMemory.fit MCPHosted, in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot, Gemini and any MCP app | Hosted, in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot, Gemini and any MCP app | The Memory.fit app with Health Connect connected. $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free. |
When another option is better
- You live in the US, use only Claude, and want just your health data read: Claude's own Health Connect link may be enough.
Limits, said plainly
- On Android only: Health Connect keeps your data on your phone, and the Memory.fit app reads it there each time you open it.
- Your AI sees what the apps on your phone write to Health Connect. An app that writes no HRV leaves none to read.
- Memory.fit reads from Health Connect and writes nothing to it.

Questions
Health Connect MCP, in short.
No. Google does not run an MCP server for Health Connect.
Yes. Connect Health Connect in the Memory.fit app, add Memory.fit to ChatGPT as a connector, and ChatGPT reads it. Claude and every MCP app work the same way.
No. Memory.fit is hosted: you add one address to your AI and sign in with your Memory.fit account. Nothing to install, no password of another service to paste.
Each AI gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the app with who made it, and you can disconnect an AI or a source at any time.
On Android 14 and later it is part of the phone: Settings, then Security and privacy, then Privacy controls, then Health Connect. On Android 13 and earlier it is an app from Google Play.
90 days. Health Connect gives a new app 30 days by default; Memory.fit asks for your older data too, and reads up to 90 days back the first time.
