Every way to get Apple Health into an AI

When another option is better
- You live in the US, use only Claude or only ChatGPT, and want just your health data: their own Apple Health features may be enough.
Limits, said plainly
- Needs the Memory.fit iPhone app, which is not on the App Store yet. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it is.
- Works with every AI you connect, not only the AI apps with their own health features, and outside the US.

Questions
Apple Health MCP, in short.
No. Apple does not run an MCP server for Apple Health. Community servers exist, and they run on your own computer.
Once the Memory.fit iPhone app is out: connect Apple Health there, add Memory.fit to ChatGPT as a connector, and ChatGPT reads it. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it is.
No. Memory.fit is hosted: you add one address to your AI and sign in with your Memory.fit account. Nothing to install, no password of another service to paste.
Each AI gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the app with who made it, and you can disconnect an AI or a source at any time.
