Ideas

What your AI builds for you

Memory.fit recommends nothing itself. These are words for your AI: copy one, paste it in, and your AI builds it in Memory.fit.

Plan training

  • Plan my next 4 weeks of rowing in Memory.fit: one long steady piece, one interval session and easy days in between.

  • Turn Thursday's row into a structured session in Memory.fit: 4 x 2,000 m with 4 minutes easy between.

Gym & strength

  • Add two short strength sessions a week to my plan in Memory.fit, away from my key sessions.

  • Log today's gym session in Memory.fit: bench press 4 x 8 at 60 kg, row 4 x 10 at 50 kg, squats 3 x 5 at 80 kg.

It shows on Plan, under that day, with your totals.

Race day

  • Write my plan for my next race in Memory.fit: what I eat the day before and on race morning, my warm-up, and what I drink between heats.

  • Save the date of my next race in Memory.fit and count the weeks down on my Progress page.

Fuel a session

  • Write a fueling plan in Memory.fit for Saturday's 90-minute row: carbs per hour and what I drink between pieces.

  • How many carbs per hour should I take on a 2-hour session? Check Memory.fit's reference numbers and my gut training, then tell me what you would set.

Meals & targets

  • Set my daily targets in Memory.fit for this week: more carbs on my long day, less on rest days.

  • Set my daily targets in Memory.fit by day type: rest, easy and long days, picked from my planned sessions.

See them in You › Daily targets.

Recovery & sleep

  • I slept badly. Move today's hard session to tomorrow and make today easy.

  • Make next week a recovery week in Memory.fit: about half the hours, no hard sessions, and my sleep and HRV on Today.

Check-ins

  • Check Memory.fit for the row that just synced and tell me how it went against the plan.

  • Give me my morning brief from Memory.fit: what's new since you last checked, like last night's sleep, a weigh-in or a session that synced, and what's planned for today.

If your AI can schedule tasks, ask it to run this every morning at 7.

Look back

  • Compare my planned and completed training over the last 4 weeks.

  • Look back at my last 8 weeks of rowing in Memory.fit: meters per week and how my interval sessions went against the plan.

Questions

Memory.fit for rowing: good to know.

  • Yes, directly. Connect your Concept2 Logbook in the Memory.fit app: each RowErg, SkiErg and BikeErg session comes in with its duration, distance, stroke rate, heart rate and the splits your monitor recorded.

  • Yes. Your AI writes each piece with its target split per 500 m into the session on Plan, and works out your average split from the distance and time of what you rowed.

  • Add your races in the Memory.fit app, a 2K test, a head race or a regatta, with a target time if you have one. Your AI plans the weeks toward each one and writes your race-day plan.

  • Yes. Tell your AI what you lifted, or connect Hevy with your Hevy Pro API key and every set comes in. Your AI plans the strength sessions around the water and the erg, and Memory.fit compares what you did with what was planned.

  • Yes, as your watch records them, through its own connection or through Apple Health and Health Connect.

  • No. Your AI writes it. Memory.fit gives your AI your real data, keeps the plan your AI writes and shows it in the app with the AI's name on it. Any change can be undone.

  • Strava activities show in the Memory.fit app. By Strava's rules they never reach your AI, so your AI reads the same sessions from your watch or from Apple Health and Health Connect.
