Memory.fit for triathletes

Three sports. One memory. The AI you already use.

Swim, bike and run from your watch, your coach's plan and every meal, in one place your AI reads. It plans the build, fuels the long days and writes your race-day plan.

Ideas

What your AI builds for you

Memory.fit recommends nothing itself. These are words for your AI: copy one, paste it in, and your AI builds it in Memory.fit.

Plan training

  • Plan my next 4 weeks toward my next race in Memory.fit: swim, bike and run, one rest day a week, and send the structured sessions to my watch.

Sessions go to Garmin, COROS, Wahoo, Suunto, intervals.icu or TrainingPeaks, when you have connected them.

  • Turn Thursday's ride into a structured session in Memory.fit: 3 x 12 min at threshold with 5 min easy between.

Race day

  • Write my race-day plan for my next race in Memory.fit: carb load, race morning, swim, bike, run and after, with a checklist.

You tick the checklist off in the app, from your race on You.

  • Set a race-day carbs goal of 90 g per hour in Memory.fit and plan my long sessions to practice it.

Fuel a session

  • Write a fueling plan in Memory.fit for Saturday's long ride: carbs per hour, what to take and when.

It shows inside that session on Plan.

  • Write the fueling plan for Saturday's brick in Memory.fit: bottles on the bike, one gel off the bike, water on the run.

Meals & targets

  • Set my daily targets in Memory.fit for this week: more carbs on my long day, less on rest days.

  • Set my daily targets in Memory.fit by day type: rest, easy and long days, picked from my planned sessions.

See them in You › Daily targets.

Hydration

  • Sweat test: 72.4 kg before, 71.3 kg after a 60-minute run at 24 °C, drank 400 ml. Save it in Memory.fit.

Memory.fit works out your sweat rate (You › Sweat and hydration).

  • Plan what I drink on Saturday's long ride against my sweat rate and put it in that session's fuel plan.

Recovery & sleep

  • I slept badly. Move today's hard session to tomorrow and make today easy.

  • Make next week a recovery week in Memory.fit: about half the hours, no hard sessions, and my sleep and HRV on Today.

Check-ins

  • Check Memory.fit for the ride that just synced and tell me how it went against the plan.

If your AI can schedule tasks, ask it to check at the times Memory.fit suggests after each planned session.

  • Give me my morning brief from Memory.fit: what's new since you last checked, like last night's sleep, a weigh-in or a session that synced, and what's planned for today.

If your AI can schedule tasks, ask it to run this every morning at 7.

Look back

  • Compare my planned and completed training over the last 4 weeks.

  • Look back at my last 8 weeks in Memory.fit: hours per sport, and how my key sessions went against the plan.

Progress page

Ironman build

Months out from a long-distance triathlon, building volume across three sports.

Example
Days to race
Training this week
Weekly hours by sport
Planned TSS, next 6 weeks
Your race and goal
Training, Fueling, Body, Recovery, Strength
From your AI: reviews and insights
Read the prompt

“In Memory.fit, set up my Progress page for my Ironman build. At the top, two compact metrics side by side: days to race and my training hours this week. Then a featured bar chart of weekly training hours by sport (swim, bike, run) for the last 12 weeks, and a bar chart of my planned TSS for the next 6 weeks. Below, keep my race and goal, the pillars and what my AI wrote. Read Memory.fit's dashboard capabilities first, then tell me what you changed.”

Run focus

Running comes first: a marathon block, or fixing the run off the bike.

“In Memory.fit, set up my Progress page for a run focus. At the top, two compact metrics side by side: my run distance this week and my latest VO2max with a 12-week sparkline. Then a featured bar chart of weekly run distance for the last 12 weeks, and a table of my runs from the last 14 days with date, session, duration, distance and average HR. Keep my race and goal and the pillars below, then the rest. Read Memory.fit's dashboard capabilities first.”

Today page

Fuel first

You want to get what you eat around training right, day after day.

Example
Next
Protein, 7-day average
Carbs, 7-day average
Energy in, last 14 days
Eaten vs your target
Still to come
Done today
Read the prompt

“In Memory.fit, arrange my Today page around fueling. Right under Next, put two compact metrics side by side: my 7-day average protein and my 7-day average carbs, each with a sparkline. Then a line chart of energy in per day for the last 14 days. Below them, keep what I've eaten against my target, what's still to come and what I've done today. Read Memory.fit's dashboard capabilities first, then tell me what you changed.”

Questions

Memory.fit for triathletes: good to know.

  • No. Your coach plans; Memory.fit reads the plan from your TrainingPeaks calendar so your AI can fuel it and fit meals and recovery around it. Memory.fit never changes your TrainingPeaks plan.

  • Your AI does. Ask it for your race-day plan and it writes the carb load, race morning, each leg and after into Memory.fit, with a checklist you tick off in the app.

  • Yes. Structured sessions your AI plans go to Garmin, COROS, Wahoo and Suunto, and to intervals.icu, once you connect them in the Memory.fit app.

  • No. Your AI writes it. Memory.fit gives your AI your real data, keeps the plan your AI writes and shows it in the app with the AI's name on it. Any change can be undone.

  • One is enough: ChatGPT, Claude, Dots, Muse, Cue, Grok Bot, Gemini or any app that supports MCP connectors. Some need a paid plan from their maker.
