What's new

Everything we ship in Memory.fit, newest first. Your AI hears about each one the next time it checks in.

  1. Progress · Recovery

VO2 max, training load and recovery vitals

Fitness, a new page in Progress. VO2 max for running and cycling from your watch, your FTP, threshold pace and CSS, and power to weight.

Training load. Every session gets a load, from power, heart rate or intervals.icu. Your fitness, fatigue and form follow from it.

Recovery vitals. Resting HR next to HRV, and overnight breathing rate, blood oxygen and wrist temperature against your usual range.

Running form. Cadence, power, stride and ground contact on every run, plus heart rate drift.

    Ask your AI

“Look at my training load and form for the last 6 weeks. How is my build to my next race going?”

  2. You

Your season: every race, A to C

Races are a list now. Add every race of your season in You › Your season and mark each one: A is your main race, B gets a short taper, C is a training race.

Your AI plans around them. It sees every race you add, change or remove, and builds your phases and taper toward the A race. It can add races too.

Goals follow the race. Each race shows the goals set for it. Remove one and your AI sees that you removed it.

    Ask your AI

“Look at my races in Memory.fit and plan my phases and taper around my next race.”

  3. Today · Progress

Tap any chart for its story

The story behind the number. Tap a chart or a number on Today or Progress to see its window, the one before it, your usual range and every day behind it.

Facts, not advice. It lists what was measured or logged: days with no data, training days next to rest days, the highest and lowest days. The advice is your AI's.

Dig in. Each story ends with a prompt to copy into your AI.

    Ask your AI

“Add a chart of my weekly training hours to my Progress page in Memory.fit.”

  4. Today · Plan

    Today and Plan, redesigned

Four tabs. Today, Plan, Progress and You. The Log tab is gone: a past day in Plan is the log.

Today is right now. What is next, what you ate, what is still to come and what is done. Ask your AI to move any section, Next included.

Plan is any day. All seven days on one screen. Open a day for the plan next to what happened: each meal as planned or different, each session with what you took during it.

Changes in one place. What your AI changed this week is one row in Plan, with Undo on each change.

    Ask your AI

“Plan my meals around tomorrow's session and put them in Memory.fit.”

  5. You · Health

    Cycle and blood tests

Your cycle. Cycle day and phase from Apple Health or Health Connect, measured or estimated, in You › Cycle. Your AI sees it only if you turn on Cycle data for it.

Blood tests. Tell your AI your results, from ferritin to vitamin D, and it records each one in You › Blood tests with the lab's range.

    Ask your AI

“I'll paste my latest blood test results. Record each one in Memory.fit with the lab's range.”

Your next chapter starts with everything you've learned.
