Connecting a watch, ring or scale
- Where do I connect a device?
- In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → Health data. Apple Health, Oura, Polar, Withings and TrainingPeaks connect from there; each one opens its own sign-in page. See every option on the connections page.
- I connected, but nothing shows up.
- The first sync brings in your recent history and can take a few minutes. Open Settings → Health data and tap the connection to see when it last synced. If it shows an error, disconnect and connect again.
- How do I disconnect?
- Settings → Health data → tap the connection → Disconnect. Memory.fit stops reading from it straight away and revokes its access. You can also remove Memory.fit from the device maker's own app settings.
Sending workouts to your watch
- Which watches can receive workouts?
- Apple Watch (from the iPhone app), COROS and the TrainingPeaks calendar. In Settings → Health data, turn on the destinations you want under Send workouts to your watch. Structured sessions your AI plans are sent with their steps and targets, and updated or removed when the plan changes. See COROS.
- A session didn't reach my watch.
- Only structured sessions (with steps) are sent. COROS takes run and bike sessions up to 90 days ahead; sessions further out are sent when they come into range. If one still doesn't arrive, email us the session's date and title.
Connecting your AI
- How do I connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant?
- In the app, open Settings → AI agents and pick your assistant; each one shows its own steps. See the AI coaches pages for guides.
- How do I remove an assistant's access?
- Settings → AI agents → the assistant → Disconnect. Its access ends immediately. What it saved stays on You, under What your AIs know, where you can remove it.
Your account and data
- How do I export or delete my data?
- Settings → Privacy & your data. To delete your account, follow the steps on memory.fit/delete-account. You can also email us and we will do it for you. Details are in the privacy policy.
