Delete your account

You can delete your Memory.fit account and its data at any time. Deletion starts straight away and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Memory.fit and go to the You tab.
Tap the settings cog (top right).
Tap Privacy and data, then Delete account, then Delete account again.
Optionally tell us why, then type DELETE and confirm.

By email

Email privacy@memory.fit from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

Delete some of your data

You can delete parts of your data and keep your account:

What your AIs remember: You → What your AIs know → Remove.
A food or drink entry: Plan → open the day → press and hold the entry → Remove.
Your profile photo: You → your photo → Remove Photo.
An AI agent's access: Settings → AI agents → the agent → Disconnect.
Anything else (for example your health data history): email privacy@memory.fit from your account's email address saying what to delete. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted with your account

Your profile: name, email, race, goals, body measurements and settings
Everything your AI agents wrote: plans, meals, targets, fueling plans, notes, memories, insights and weekly reviews
Your food, drink, supplement and strength logs, and any photos
The copies Memory.fit keeps of your workouts, sleep, heart rate, HRV, weight and other health data
Your connections to watches, rings, scales and apps (Memory.fit disconnects from each one) and every AI agent's access
Your subscription record at our payment provider

What is not

Your app-store subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings.
What your AI assistants already read. Data an assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) already received is held by that provider; delete it there.
Your accounts at other services. Strava, Garmin and the like keep your data; Memory.fit only disconnects from them.
Backups and anonymous answers. Residual copies leave our backups in their ordinary cycle. If you say why you are leaving, that answer is kept without your name, email or any link to you.
