COROS MCP
COROS has its own MCP. Here is what Memory.fit adds.
COROS runs its own MCP server, the COROS MCP. Free. Reads workouts, sleep, HRV and more, with up to 50 FIT files a day. Builds workouts and plans for road running, trail running and cycling.
Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes: connect COROS in the Memory.fit app, add one address to your AI, and it reads activities with heart rate, power and cadence, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate.
Your AI can send structured workouts to your COROS.
You need the Memory.fit app on Android (the iPhone app is coming), and an AI that can add a custom connector.

Every way to get COROS into an AI

When another option is better
- COROS is your only device and you want nothing beyond it: COROS's own MCP is free and does it well.
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit reads COROS through COROS's own MCP, so its daily FIT file limit is shared with any AI you connect to COROS directly.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Questions
COROS MCP, in short.
Yes. The COROS MCP works in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or Gemini CLI. Free. Reads workouts, sleep, HRV and more, with up to 50 FIT files a day. Builds workouts and plans for road running, trail running and cycling.
Yes. Connect COROS in the Memory.fit app, add Memory.fit to ChatGPT as a connector, and ChatGPT reads it. Claude and every MCP app work the same way.
No. Memory.fit is hosted: you add one address to your AI and sign in with your Memory.fit account. Nothing to install, no password of another service to paste.
Yes. Structured sessions with their steps and targets, on your COROS calendar. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI moves or changes is updated there.
Both work. COROS's is free and covers COROS. Memory.fit reads COROS through it and adds your other devices, your meals and fuel, one memory every AI shares, and an app that shows what your AI plans.
