intervals.icu MCP

intervals.icu in ChatGPT, Claude and every MCP app.

intervals.icu has no official MCP server.

Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes: connect intervals.icu in the Memory.fit app, add one address to your AI, and it reads activities, wellness and planned workouts with their steps.

Your AI can send structured workouts to your intervals.icu.

You need the Memory.fit app on Android (the iPhone app is coming), and an AI that can add a custom connector.

Your options

Every way to get intervals.icu into an AI

intervals.icu runs no MCP server. Community servers run on your own computer, hosted services run it for you, and so does Memory.fit.

OptionWhat you need
Community servermvilanova/intervals-mcp-serverOn your own computerYour intervals.icu API key and athlete id, run on your own computer; ChatGPT also needs a public URL, such as a tunnel.

When another option is better

  • You want every intervals.icu endpoint, including edits to its other data: a self-hosted server reaches more of its API.

Limits, said plainly

  • Activities intervals.icu imported from Strava stay out, by Strava's rules. Link your watch to intervals.icu directly.
  • What reaches your watch from the intervals.icu calendar is intervals.icu's own sync.
