Garmin MCP
Garmin in ChatGPT, Claude and every MCP app.
Garmin has no official MCP server.
Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes: connect Garmin in the Memory.fit app (the connection runs through our partner Stridee), add one address to your AI, and it reads activities with power, heart rate and cadence, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate.
Your AI can send structured workouts to your Garmin.
You need the Memory.fit app on Android (the iPhone app is coming), and an AI that can add a custom connector.

Every way to get Garmin into an AI

When another option is better
- You are a developer who wants every raw Garmin Connect endpoint and is fine running a server with your Garmin password: a self-hosted server gives you more.
Limits, said plainly
- Garmin connects through our partner Stridee. You sign in with Garmin in the Memory.fit app, and your AI never sees your Garmin password.
- Your Garmin history is replayed when you connect, up to five years when Garmin grants it.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
