Strava MCP
Strava and your AI: what works today.
Strava runs its own MCP server, the Strava MCP connector. Claude only for now. Paid Strava subscribers only. Read only.
Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes. It shows your Strava activities in its app and never sends them to an AI; your AI reads the watch's own copy of each session.
You need the Memory.fit app on Android (the iPhone app is coming), and an AI that can add a custom connector.

What your AI reads
What your AI reads instead
Strava data never reaches your AI through Memory.fit: Strava's API rules keep it out of AI tools, so it stays in the Memory.fit app. Your AI reads the same sessions from the watch that recorded them.
