Zwift MCP
Your Zwift rides in ChatGPT and Claude, through intervals.icu.
Zwift has no official MCP server.
Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes. It has no direct Zwift connection: link Zwift to intervals.icu, connect intervals.icu in the Memory.fit app, add one address to your AI, and it reads rides and runs, duration and distance, heart rate.
You need the Memory.fit app on Android (the iPhone app is coming), and an AI that can add a custom connector.

Your options
Every way to get Zwift into an AI
Zwift runs no MCP server. Community servers run on your own computer, hosted services run it for you, and so does Memory.fit.
| Option | Where it runs | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Community serverbenniblau/zwift-mcpOn your own computer | On your own computer | Your Zwift email and password and a ZwiftPower profile, through APIs Zwift has not made public, on your own computer. |

When another option is better
- You want second by second Zwift data from a Zwift Training Partner: AthleteData says it connects to Zwift directly.
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit has no direct Zwift connection yet, and one is coming. Today your Zwift sessions come through intervals.icu, which links to Zwift itself.
- Link Zwift to intervals.icu directly, not through Strava: activities that came from Strava stay out.
- Zwift has no direct sync to Apple Health or Health Connect, so we don't count on that route.

Questions
Zwift MCP, in short.
No. Zwift does not run an MCP server. Community servers exist, and you run them yourself.
Yes, through intervals.icu. Link Zwift to intervals.icu, connect intervals.icu in the Memory.fit app, add Memory.fit to ChatGPT as a connector, and ChatGPT reads each finished session. Claude and every MCP app work the same way.
No. Memory.fit is hosted: you add one address to your AI and sign in with your Memory.fit account. Nothing to install, no password of another service to paste.
Each AI gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the app with who made it, and you can disconnect an AI or a source at any time.
