TrainerRoad MCP
TrainerRoad in ChatGPT, Claude and every MCP app.
TrainerRoad has no official MCP server.
Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes: connect TrainerRoad in the Memory.fit app, add one address to your AI, and it reads planned workouts by date, workout name and planned duration.
You need the Memory.fit app on Android (the iPhone app is coming), and an AI that can add a custom connector.

Your options
Every way to get TrainerRoad into an AI
TrainerRoad runs no MCP server. Community servers run on your own computer, hosted services run it for you, and so does Memory.fit.
| Option | Where it runs | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Community servergesteves/domestiqueOn a server you deploy | On a server you deploy | Your TrainerRoad calendar link plus intervals.icu and WHOOP keys, deployed on a server of your own. |
| Hosted MCP serverMemory.fit MCPHosted, in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok Bot and any MCP app | Hosted, in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok Bot and any MCP app | The Memory.fit app with TrainerRoad connected. $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free. |
When another option is better
- You want TrainerRoad's plan next to intervals.icu and WHOOP and are fine running your own server: Domestique reads the same calendar link.
Limits, said plainly
- The calendar link carries planned workouts only. A ride you finish reaches your AI when a head unit or watch you connect to Memory.fit recorded it too.
- TrainerRoad sends finished rides to Garmin Connect and Strava. Strava's copy never reaches your AI, and we don't count on the copy it uploads to Garmin Connect.
- Memory.fit checks your TrainerRoad calendar every hour, so a moved workout follows within the hour.

Questions
TrainerRoad MCP, in short.
No. TrainerRoad does not run an MCP server. Community servers exist, and you run them yourself.
Yes. Connect TrainerRoad in the Memory.fit app, add Memory.fit to ChatGPT as a connector, and ChatGPT reads it. Claude and every MCP app work the same way.
No. Memory.fit is hosted: you add one address to your AI and sign in with your Memory.fit account. Nothing to install, no password of another service to paste.
Each AI gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the app with who made it, and you can disconnect an AI or a source at any time.
Not from TrainerRoad: its calendar link carries planned workouts only. A ride reaches your AI when the head unit or watch that recorded it is connected to Memory.fit.
