Is there a Health Connect connector for Muse?

Yes, when an app on your phone writes HRV to Health Connect and you allow Heart rate variability for Memory.fit on Health Connect's permission screen. Not every app writes it: Samsung Health doesn't.

Plans written back: Yes. Muse plans sessions from your real training and writes them into Memory.fit's Plan.
Where it runs: The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
Good to know: Health Connect takes nothing back from Memory.fit, so a week Muse plans lands in Memory.fit's Plan, around the nights you sleep worst.

02Open Settings → Health data and tap Health Connect.
03Allow the data types you want Memory.fit to read.
