What it can do
What Muse can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Muse plans sessions from your real training and writes them into Memory.fit's Plan.
- Where it runs
- The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
- Good to know
- Polar takes no workouts from Memory.fit, so a session Muse plans lands in Memory.fit's Plan, around your Nightly Recharge.

Ask Muse about your Polar data
“Read my Nightly Recharge for the last two weeks and tell me which nights I recovered worst.”
The worst three were Monday, Thursday and last Saturday, all rated poor. Your ANS charge sat between −5 and −7 on those nights, after your three hardest sessions of the fortnight.

“Move tomorrow's threshold run if my Nightly Recharge is poor, and tell me why.”
Your Nightly Recharge was poor last night, so I moved the threshold run to Saturday and made Thursday an easy 40 min run. You'll see it on your Plan.

Questions
Polar in Muse, in short.
Not from Polar. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: connect Polar in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Muse, and Muse reads it.
Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Muse has its own requirements: US only, 18+.
Not yet: Muse itself is available in the US only. Memory.fit works in every country, with every AI that takes a custom connector.
Muse gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Muse or Polar at any time.
Into Muse's secure credentials prompt, never into the chat. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › Muse › Copy my key copies it.
No. Memory.fit reads Polar and sends nothing to it, so a session Muse plans shows on Plan in the Memory.fit app, not on your watch.
