What it can do

What Muse can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Muse plans sessions from your real training and writes them into Memory.fit's Plan.
Where it runs
The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
Good to know
Concept2 takes nothing from Memory.fit, so a session Muse plans lands in Memory.fit's Plan with its target splits, not on your monitor.

Try it

Ask Muse about your Concept2 data

“How have my 2k splits moved over the last three months?”

MuseExample
Down by about 3 s per 500 m since August. Your best 2k is now 7:12.8, and your steady pace moved from 2:05 to 2:02 /500m at 20 spm.

From the video. Answers depend on your data.

“Show me the splits and stroke rate of yesterday's 5k row.”

Uses:get_workoutsget_source_data

“Compare my RowErg and SkiErg sessions this month.”

Uses:get_workouts

“Put a 4 × 2,000 m row on Saturday with 4 min rest between, and tell me the target splits.”

MuseExample
I put 4 × 2,000 m on Saturday at 08:00. Aim for 1:52 to 1:54 /500m with 4 min easy between. You'll see it on your Plan.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • Memory.fit reads your Logbook and never writes to it.
  • Your last 90 days of results come in when you connect, then each new one as it reaches your Logbook.
  • Muse is available in the US only.
  • Muse connects with a key from the Memory.fit app. Paste it where Muse asks for it, never into a chat.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Questions

Concept2 in Muse, in short.

  • Not from Concept2. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: connect Concept2 in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Muse, and Muse reads it.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Muse has its own requirements: US only, 18+.

  • Not yet: Muse itself is available in the US only. Memory.fit works in every country, with every AI that takes a custom connector.

  • Muse gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Muse or Concept2 at any time.

  • Into Muse's secure credentials prompt, never into the chat. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › Muse › Copy my key copies it.

  • No. Memory.fit reads your Logbook and sends nothing to Concept2, so a session Muse plans shows on Plan in the Memory.fit app.
