What it can do
What Muse can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Muse plans sessions from your real training and writes them into Memory.fit's Plan.
- Where it runs
- The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
- Good to know
- Muse writes the exercises and sets of a session it plans into Memory.fit's Plan. Nothing is sent back to Hevy, so you log the workout in Hevy as usual.

Try it
Ask Muse about your Hevy data
“How has my bench press moved over the last eight weeks in Hevy?”
It moved well: from 80 kg × 5 eight weeks ago to 87.5 kg × 5 now. You benched twice a week, and the top set climbed in each of the last four weeks.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Needs Hevy Pro for the API key. Without a key, a workout Hevy saves to Apple Health or Health Connect still comes in from there, as a strength workout with its time and estimated calories, without the sets; Hevy's sync to them has to be on, and it doesn't send older workouts.
- Memory.fit reads Hevy and writes nothing back to it.
- Your key is stored encrypted and never shown again; revoke it in Hevy at any time.
- The first read goes 90 days back.
- Muse is available in the US only.
- Muse connects with a key from the Memory.fit app. Paste it where Muse asks for it, never into a chat.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
Questions
Hevy in Muse, in short.
Not from Hevy. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: connect Hevy in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Muse, and Muse reads it.
Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Muse has its own requirements: US only, 18+.
Not yet: Muse itself is available in the US only. Memory.fit works in every country, with every AI that takes a custom connector.
Muse gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Muse or Hevy at any time.
Into Muse's secure credentials prompt, never into the chat. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › Muse › Copy my key copies it.
No. Memory.fit only reads from Hevy. A session Muse plans shows on Plan in the Memory.fit app, and you log the workout in Hevy as usual.
