What it can do

What Muse can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Muse plans sessions from your real training and writes them into Memory.fit's Plan.
Where it runs
The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
Good to know
Memory.fit reads planned sessions from one calendar. If you also connect TrainingPeaks, intervals.icu or Final Surge, that calendar holds your plan and TrainerRoad's link waits.

MuseExample
Sunday needs the most: 2 h of endurance, about 120 g of carbs on the bike. Thursday’s 1 h 30 sweet spot is next. Saturday’s Pettit is easy and needs little extra.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • The calendar link carries planned workouts only. A ride you finish reaches your AI when a head unit or watch you connect to Memory.fit recorded it too.
  • TrainerRoad sends finished rides to Garmin Connect and Strava. Strava's copy never reaches your AI, and we don't count on the copy it uploads to Garmin Connect.
  • Memory.fit checks your TrainerRoad calendar every hour, so a moved workout follows within the hour.
  • Muse is available in the US only.
  • Muse connects with a key from the Memory.fit app. Paste it where Muse asks for it, never into a chat.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Questions

  • Muse gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Muse or TrainerRoad at any time.

  • Into Muse's secure credentials prompt, never into the chat. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › Muse › Copy my key copies it.

  • No. Memory.fit reads your TrainerRoad calendar and never writes to it. What Muse plans, like your fuel and meals around a workout, shows on Plan in the Memory.fit app.
