Connect Zwift to Muse
Yes, through intervals.icu. Zwift shares with intervals.icu, the Memory.fit app reads it, and once you add one Memory.fit address to Muse, Muse reads your rides and runs, duration and distance, and heart rate.
Muse can also write your plans back to Memory.fit, where you see them in the app.
What Muse needs: US only, 18+.

What it can do
What Muse can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Muse plans sessions from your real training and writes them into Memory.fit's Plan.
- Where it runs
- The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
- Good to know
- Zwift sets a workout's targets as a share of your FTP, so keep the same FTP in Zwift and intervals.icu and the sessions Muse plans ride as intended.

Ask Muse about your Zwift data
“Read my Zwift rides from the last month and tell me how my power is trending.”
It’s climbing. Your average on the three sweet spot rides went from 236 to 247 W in four weeks, at the same heart rate, 146 bpm.

“Put a 3 × 12 min sweet spot workout on my intervals.icu calendar for Wednesday, so it shows in Zwift.”
I put it on Wednesday: 3 × 12 min at 245 to 260 W, 5 min easy between, with a warm‑up and cool‑down. It’s on your intervals.icu calendar and in Zwift.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit has no direct Zwift connection yet, and one is coming. Today your Zwift sessions come through intervals.icu, which links to Zwift itself.
- Link Zwift to intervals.icu directly, not through Strava: activities that came from Strava stay out.
- Zwift has no direct sync to Apple Health or Health Connect, so we don't count on that route.
- Muse is available in the US only.
- Muse connects with a key from the Memory.fit app. Paste it where Muse asks for it, never into a chat.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
Questions
Zwift in Muse, in short.
Not from Zwift. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: Zwift shares with intervals.icu, the Memory.fit app reads it, and Muse reads it through one Memory.fit address.
Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Muse has its own requirements: US only, 18+.
Not yet: Muse itself is available in the US only. Memory.fit works in every country, with every AI that takes a custom connector.
Muse gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Muse or Zwift at any time.
Into Muse's secure credentials prompt, never into the chat. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › Muse › Copy my key copies it.
Yes, through intervals.icu. Memory.fit puts it on your intervals.icu calendar, and intervals.icu uploads the coming week of planned workouts to Zwift, where it shows with your workouts.
