Connect Zwift to ChatGPT
Yes, through intervals.icu. Zwift shares with intervals.icu, the Memory.fit app reads it, and once you add one Memory.fit address to ChatGPT, ChatGPT reads your rides and runs, duration and distance, and heart rate.
ChatGPT can also write your plans back to Memory.fit, where you see them in the app.
What ChatGPT needs: on a computer, about two minutes.

What ChatGPT reads from Zwift
Through intervals.icu: Zwift sends your rides there, and Memory.fit reads intervals.icu.

What it can do
What ChatGPT can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. ChatGPT plans your week, fuels your long sessions and writes it all back to Memory.fit.
- Meal photos
- Yes. Send ChatGPT a photo of your meal: it logs the meal and can pass the photo itself to Memory.fit, so it saves with the entry.
- Scheduled check-ins
- In part. ChatGPT can schedule tasks, but OpenAI does not say a scheduled task can use a custom connector like Memory.fit. Try it once.
- Where it runs
- The web, desktop and phone apps. Adding Memory.fit needs chatgpt.com on a computer.
- Good to know
- Link Zwift to intervals.icu directly, not through Strava: a ride that reaches intervals.icu from Strava never reaches ChatGPT.
Setup
Set up Zwift in ChatGPT
1. Zwift in the Memory.fit app
- 01On intervals.icu, open Settings, find the Zwift box, tap Connect and sign in to Zwift.
- 02In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → Health data and connect intervals.icu.
- 03Ride or run in Zwift. Each finished session reaches intervals.icu, then Memory.fit, and your AI reads it.
- 04Sessions your AI puts on your intervals.icu calendar go on to Zwift a week ahead, through intervals.icu's own Zwift link.
2. Memory.fit in ChatGPT

Other routes
Zwift in ChatGPT without Memory.fit
Zwift has no official route to ChatGPT.
Try it
Ask ChatGPT about your Zwift data
“Read my Zwift rides from the last month and tell me how my power is trending.”
Up. Your best 20 min on Zwift rose from 248 to 261 W over four weeks, across 14 rides. Your heart rate on the same efforts dropped by about 4 bpm.

“Plan carbs and fluid per hour for my next long indoor ride.”
Uses:get_workoutsset_session_fuel_plan
“Put a 3 × 12 min sweet spot workout on my intervals.icu calendar for Wednesday, so it shows in Zwift.”
Done. Wednesday: 15 min warm-up, 3 × 12 min at 245 to 260 W with 5 min easy between, 10 min cool-down. It’s on your intervals.icu calendar, and it goes on to Zwift.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit has no direct Zwift connection yet, and one is coming. Today your Zwift sessions come through intervals.icu, which links to Zwift itself.
- Link Zwift to intervals.icu directly, not through Strava: activities that came from Strava stay out.
- Zwift has no direct sync to Apple Health or Health Connect, so we don't count on that route.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
Questions
Zwift in ChatGPT, in short.
Not from Zwift. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: Zwift shares with intervals.icu, the Memory.fit app reads it, and ChatGPT reads it through one Memory.fit address.
Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. ChatGPT has its own requirements: on a computer, about two minutes.
Memory.fit works in every country, and ChatGPT's requirements name no region.
ChatGPT gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect ChatGPT or Zwift at any time.
Not the first time. Adding a custom MCP server needs chatgpt.com in a browser on a computer, and takes about two minutes. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › ChatGPT › Send it to my computer sends you these steps.
Yes. Memory.fit has no direct Zwift connection yet: your Zwift rides come in through intervals.icu, which is free to use. Link Zwift in intervals.icu's settings, then connect intervals.icu in the Memory.fit app.
