Connect COROS to ChatGPT

Yes. Connect COROS in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to ChatGPT, and ChatGPT reads your activities, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate.

ChatGPT can also plan structured sessions, and Memory.fit sends them to your COROS.

What ChatGPT needs: on a computer, about two minutes.

What it can do

What ChatGPT can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. ChatGPT plans your week, fuels your long sessions and writes it all back to Memory.fit.
Workouts sent to your COROS
Yes. Once ChatGPT plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your COROS. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI changes is updated there.
Meal photos
Yes. Send ChatGPT a photo of your meal: it logs the meal and can pass the photo itself to Memory.fit, so it saves with the entry.
Scheduled check-ins
In part. ChatGPT can schedule tasks, but OpenAI does not say a scheduled task can use a custom connector like Memory.fit. Try it once.
Where it runs
The web, desktop and phone apps. Adding Memory.fit needs chatgpt.com on a computer.

COROS in ChatGPT, anywhere

  • Works in every country.
  • ChatGPT reads your COROS data as COROS records it: the list above.
  • Every AI you add reads the same history, under its own permissions.
  • The sessions ChatGPT plans go to your COROS.

Try it

Ask ChatGPT about your COROS data

“Read my COROS runs from the last six weeks and my sleep, and tell me if I'm ready for a harder block.”

ChatGPTExample
Yes. You ran four or five times a week, from 38 to 52 km, and your long run reached 19 km. You slept 7 h 15 a night on average. Start with one harder session a week, not two.

“Put a 6 x 1 km session on my COROS for Tuesday at threshold pace.”

ChatGPTExample
Done. Tuesday: 15 min warm-up, 6 × 1 km at 4:05 /km with 2 min easy jog, 10 min cool-down. It’s on your COROS.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • Memory.fit reads COROS through COROS's own MCP, so its daily FIT file limit is shared with any AI you connect to COROS directly.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
  • The first read goes 90 days back.

Questions

COROS in ChatGPT, in short.

  • COROS MCP, from COROS: Every COROS account. Free, with ChatGPT in Developer Mode. In ChatGPT it needs Developer Mode, and it covers COROS alone: no other device, meals or fuel. Memory.fit is another route, a hosted MCP server: connect COROS in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to ChatGPT, and ChatGPT reads it.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. ChatGPT has its own requirements: on a computer, about two minutes.

  • Memory.fit works in every country, and ChatGPT's requirements name no region.

  • Yes. Once ChatGPT plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your COROS. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI changes is updated there.

  • Not the first time. Adding a custom MCP server needs chatgpt.com in a browser on a computer, and takes about two minutes. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › ChatGPT › Send it to my computer sends you these steps.

  • Both work. COROS's is free and covers COROS, and in ChatGPT it needs Developer Mode. Memory.fit reads COROS through it and adds your other devices, your meals and fuel, and an app that shows what ChatGPT plans.
