Connect Zwift to Grok Bot
Yes, through intervals.icu. Zwift shares with intervals.icu, the Memory.fit app reads it, and once you add one Memory.fit address to Grok Bot, Grok Bot reads your rides and runs, duration and distance, and heart rate.
Grok Bot can also write your plans back to Memory.fit, where you see them in the app.
What Grok Bot needs: X Premium, Super or Ultra, or a legacy Cursor plan.

What it can do
What Grok Bot can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Grok Bot plans and reviews from your real training, and can re-plan a week after a bad night's sleep.
- Scheduled check-ins
- Yes. Grok Bot keeps working after you close the app, so it can write your weekly review while you train.
- Where it runs
- A desktop app on macOS, Windows and Linux. A companion app on iPhone and Android, no web app.
- Good to know
- This page is for Grok Bot, xAI's always-on agent in its own desktop and phone apps, not Grok on grok.com. Each Zwift ride reaches it named as Zwift, with the power, heart rate and cadence intervals.icu got from Zwift.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit has no direct Zwift connection yet, and one is coming. Today your Zwift sessions come through intervals.icu, which links to Zwift itself.
- Link Zwift to intervals.icu directly, not through Strava: activities that came from Strava stay out.
- Zwift has no direct sync to Apple Health or Health Connect, so we don't count on that route.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
Questions
Zwift in Grok Bot, in short.
Not from Zwift. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: Zwift shares with intervals.icu, the Memory.fit app reads it, and Grok Bot reads it through one Memory.fit address.
Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Grok Bot has its own requirements: X Premium, Super or Ultra, or a legacy Cursor plan.
Memory.fit works in every country, and Grok Bot's requirements name no region.
Grok Bot gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Grok Bot or Zwift at any time.
In a message. Grok Bot has no settings form for it: ask it to add a custom MCP server called Memory.fit at the address above, check the name and address it shows you, approve it, then tap Authorize and sign in. It works from your next message.
No. Rides that reach intervals.icu from Strava never reach Memory.fit or Grok Bot. Link Zwift to intervals.icu directly and its rides come straight in.
