What Grok Bot can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Grok Bot plans and reviews from your real training, and can re-plan a week after a bad night's sleep.
Workouts sent to your Garmin
Yes. Once Grok Bot plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Garmin. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI moves or changes is updated on the watch.
Scheduled check-ins
Yes. Grok Bot keeps working after you close the app, so it can write your weekly review while you train.
Where it runs
A desktop app on macOS, Windows and Linux. A companion app on iPhone and Android, no web app.
Good to know
Grok Bot is not Grok. Both are from xAI, but Grok Bot is the always-on agent in its own desktop and phone apps, and Grok is the assistant on grok.com. This page is for Grok Bot; Grok adds Memory.fit another way.

Try it

Ask Grok Bot about your Garmin data

“How has my training load from Garmin moved over the last six weeks, and was last week my biggest?”

Uses:get_training_loadget_workouts

“Did my sleep and HRV this week justify Saturday's long run?”

Grok BotExample
Mostly. You slept 7 h 20 a night on average, and your HRV held at 62 ms, inside your usual 55 to 68. Friday was the short night, 5 h 40: the one thing that argued for an easier start.

Uses:get_sleepget_daily_metrics

“Build a 4 x 8 min threshold session for Thursday at my FTP and send it to my Garmin.”

Grok BotExample
Done. Thursday: 15 min warm-up, 4 × 8 min at 255 W with 3 min easy, 10 min cool-down. It’s on your Garmin.
