What it can do
What Claude can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Claude writes your plans back to Memory.fit, and asks you before it replaces or removes something you have.
- Workouts sent to your Garmin
- Yes. Once Claude plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Garmin. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI moves or changes is updated on the watch.
- Meal photos
- In part. Claude sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
- Scheduled check-ins
- Yes. On Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, Claude runs scheduled tasks in the cloud, and they use your connectors.
- Where it runs
- claude.ai, the desktop app and your phone. New connectors are added on the web or desktop, then work in the phone app too.

Try it
Ask Claude about your Garmin data
“How has my training load from Garmin moved over the last six weeks, and was last week my biggest?”
Uses:get_training_loadget_workouts
“Did my sleep and HRV this week justify Saturday's long run?”
Mostly. You averaged 7 h 20 of sleep and your HRV held at 62 ms, inside your usual 55 to 68. Friday was the short night, 5 h 40, the one reason to start easier.
From the video. Answers depend on your data.
Uses:get_sleepget_daily_metrics
“Build a 4 x 8 min threshold session for Thursday at my FTP and send it to my Garmin.”
Added for Thursday: 4 × 8 min at 255 W, 3 min easy between, with a 15 min warm-up and a 10 min cool-down. It’s on your Garmin.
