Plans written back
Yes. Claude writes your plans back to Memory.fit, and asks you before it replaces or removes something you have.
Meal photos
In part. Claude sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
Scheduled check-ins
Yes. On Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, Claude runs scheduled tasks in the cloud, and they use your connectors.
Where it runs
claude.ai, the desktop app and your phone. New connectors are added on the web or desktop, then work in the phone app too.
Good to know
Oura's own readiness and sleep scores reach Claude as Oura sends them, on Oura's 0 to 100 scale, beside the HRV and resting heart rate behind them.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • Oura Ring Gen3 and Oura Ring 4 need an active Oura Membership: Oura shares their data only with one.
  • Memory.fit reads Oura and sends nothing to it.
  • The first read goes 90 days back.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Questions

Oura in Claude, in short.

  • Not from Oura. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: connect Oura in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Claude, and Claude reads it.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Claude has its own requirements: any plan, about a minute.

  • Memory.fit works in every country, and Claude's requirements name no region.

  • Claude gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Claude or Oura at any time.

  • Not the first time. Claude adds new connectors on claude.ai or in the desktop app. After that, Memory.fit works in the Claude phone app too.

  • For Oura Ring Gen3 and Oura Ring 4, yes: Oura shares their data with other apps only while your Oura Membership is active. If it lapses, the Oura page in Memory.fit says so, and what came in before stays in Memory.fit.
