What it can do

What Claude can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Claude writes your plans back to Memory.fit, and asks you before it replaces or removes something you have.
Workouts sent to your Suunto
Yes. Once Claude plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Suunto. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI moves or changes is replaced on the watch.
Meal photos
In part. Claude sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
Scheduled check-ins
Yes. On Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, Claude runs scheduled tasks in the cloud, and they use your connectors.
Where it runs
claude.ai, the desktop app and your phone. New connectors are added on the web or desktop, then work in the phone app too.

Free, added as a custom connector in Claude on the web or desktop
The catch
It reads only (beyond a training plan draft), so nothing Claude plans reaches your watch, and it covers Suunto alone: no other device, meals or fuel.

With Memory.fit

Suunto in Claude, anywhere

  • Works in every country.
  • Claude reads your Suunto data as Suunto records it: the list above.
  • Every AI you add reads the same history, under its own permissions.
  • The sessions Claude plans go to your Suunto.

Try it

Ask Claude about your Suunto data

“Read my Suunto runs from the last month and tell me how my long runs are trending.”

Uses:get_workoutsget_trends

“How have my sleep and resting heart rate moved over the last six weeks of training?”

ClaudeExample
Your sleep held at about 7 h 20 a night. Your resting heart rate rose from 46 to 50 bpm in week four, your biggest at 58 km, and was back to 47 the week after.

“Send a 5 × 1 km session at threshold pace to my Suunto for Tuesday.”

ClaudeExample
Added for Tuesday: 5 × 1 km at 4:10 /km, 90 s jog between, with a 15 min warm-up and a 10 min cool-down. It’s on your Suunto.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • You sign in with Suunto in the Memory.fit app, and your AI never sees your Suunto password.
  • Suunto's HRV reaches your AI the way Suunto sends it, beside its other data: Suunto doesn't say which HRV measure it is.
  • Suunto's own MCP is on its China site. Asked about it on Suunto's forum, a moderator wrote of a version outside China: "hopefully this will be a reality soon… but not yet".
  • Suunto Run and Suunto Run 2 don't take SuuntoPlus Guides, so a session your AI plans can't reach them; it stays on Plan in the Memory.fit app.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Free, added as a custom connector in Claude on the web or desktop. Memory.fit is another route, a hosted MCP server: connect Suunto in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Claude, and Claude reads it.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Claude has its own requirements: any plan, about a minute.

  • Your recent ones. Memory.fit brings in up to 90 days when you connect Suunto, and every new activity arrives as your watch syncs.

  • Not the first time. Claude adds new connectors on claude.ai or in the desktop app. After that, Memory.fit works in the Claude phone app too.
