What it can do

What Grok Bot can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Grok Bot plans and reviews from your real training, and can re-plan a week after a bad night's sleep.
Workouts sent to your Suunto
Yes. Once Grok Bot plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Suunto. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI moves or changes is replaced on the watch.
Scheduled check-ins
Yes. Grok Bot keeps working after you close the app, so it can write your weekly review while you train.
Where it runs
A desktop app on macOS, Windows and Linux. A companion app on iPhone and Android, no web app.
Good to know
This page is for Grok Bot, xAI's always-on agent in its own desktop and phone apps, not Grok on grok.com. Memory.fit sends runs, rides and swims to your Suunto as a SuuntoPlus Guide; a strength session Grok Bot plans stays in the Memory.fit app.

Try it

Ask Grok Bot about your Suunto data

“Read my Suunto runs from the last month and tell me how my long runs are trending.”

Grok BotExample
Trending up. Your long run grew from 16 to 21 km in four weeks, and the last 5 km of each got faster. Two of those weeks had no easy day after the long run, which is the one thing to watch.

“How have my sleep and resting heart rate moved over the last six weeks of training?”

Uses:get_sleepget_daily_metricsget_trends

“Send a 5 × 1 km session at threshold pace to my Suunto for Tuesday.”

Grok BotExample
Done. Tuesday is 5 × 1 km at your threshold pace, 4:10 /km, with 90 s jogs, plus warm-up and cool-down. It’s on your Suunto.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • You sign in with Suunto in the Memory.fit app, and your AI never sees your Suunto password.
  • Suunto's HRV reaches your AI the way Suunto sends it, beside its other data: Suunto doesn't say which HRV measure it is.
  • Suunto's own MCP is on its China site. Asked about it on Suunto's forum, a moderator wrote of a version outside China: "hopefully this will be a reality soon… but not yet".
  • Suunto Run and Suunto Run 2 don't take SuuntoPlus Guides, so a session your AI plans can't reach them; it stays on Plan in the Memory.fit app.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Questions
