Set up Oura in Grok Bot

1. Oura in the Memory.fit app

  1. 01In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → Health data.
  2. 02Tap Connect next to Oura.
  3. 03Sign in with your Oura account and choose what Memory.fit may read.
  4. 04Each night's sleep and readiness reach Memory.fit as Oura syncs.

Limits, said plainly

  • Oura Ring Gen3 and Oura Ring 4 need an active Oura Membership: Oura shares their data only with one.
  • Memory.fit reads Oura and sends nothing to it.
  • The first read goes 90 days back.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
