1. Oura in the Memory.fit app

01In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → Health data.
02Tap Connect next to Oura.
03Sign in with your Oura account and choose what Memory.fit may read.
04Each night's sleep and readiness reach Memory.fit as Oura syncs.

2. Memory.fit in Dots

01In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → AI agents → Dots and copy your Memory.fit link.
