1. WHOOP in the Memory.fit app

  1. 01In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → Health data.
  2. 02Tap WHOOP, then Connect.
  3. 03Sign in with your WHOOP account and allow Memory.fit.
  4. 04Recovery, sleep and workouts arrive as WHOOP syncs.

  2. 02On chatgpt.com in your browser, open Plugins and tap +.

  4. 04Pick sign-in, then sign in with your Memory.fit account and choose what it may do.
  5. 05In your dot's app settings, allow Memory.fit. Then message your dot.
