Connect Wahoo to Dots
Yes. Connect Wahoo in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Dots, and your dot reads your rides and runs, power, and heart rate.
Your dot can also plan structured sessions, and Memory.fit sends them to your Wahoo.

What it can do
What Dots can do with it
- Plans written back
- In part. OpenAI says a dot's background research uses your connected apps read only, so plans are written when you ask in the chat.
- Workouts sent to your Wahoo
- In part. Once your dot plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Wahoo. Up to 28 days ahead on your calendar and on the head unit from six days before. A session your AI moves or changes is updated in place, and one it removes is deleted.
- Scheduled check-ins
- Yes. Dots are always on, each with its own cloud computer, so your dot can check in on its own.
- Where it runs
- Inside ChatGPT, each dot with its own cloud computer. Adding Memory.fit needs chatgpt.com in a browser.
- Good to know
- Your Wahoo FTP shows in Memory.fit's Training zones as an offer. Your dot plans with your own FTP until you take Wahoo's.

Ask Dots about your Wahoo data
“Read my rides from Wahoo for the last six weeks and tell me how my power is trending.”
Steady gains. Six weeks ago your hour rides averaged 198 W, and the last two averaged 214 W, with your heart rate about the same.

Thursday is set: 2 × 20 min at 255 to 268 W, 5 min easy between, warm-up and cool-down included. It’s on your Wahoo.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit connects to Wahoo directly: your last 90 days come in, then each ride and run as your Wahoo syncs.
- Your Wahoo FTP is offered in the app's Training zones and never replaces yours by itself.
- Disconnecting Wahoo also removes the upcoming sessions Memory.fit put on your Wahoo calendar.
- Wahoo doesn't share workouts recorded in other apps, so a KICKR ride in Zwift or another app never reaches Memory.fit through Wahoo. Connect intervals.icu for those.
- The first read goes 90 days back.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
Questions
Wahoo in Dots, in short.

Your recent ones. Memory.fit brings in up to 90 days when you connect Wahoo, and every new ride and run arrives as your Wahoo syncs.
