What it can do
What Muse can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Muse plans sessions from your real training and writes them into Memory.fit's Plan.
- Workouts sent to your Wahoo
- Yes. Once Muse plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Wahoo. Up to 28 days ahead on your calendar and on the head unit from six days before. A session your AI moves or changes is updated in place, and one it removes is deleted.
- Where it runs
- The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
- Good to know
- Muse plans a session in Memory.fit, and Memory.fit puts it on your Wahoo calendar up to 28 days ahead; your ELEMNT shows it from six days before.

Try it
Ask Muse about your Wahoo data
“Read my rides from Wahoo for the last six weeks and tell me how my power is trending.”
Uses:get_workoutsget_trends
“How did yesterday's ride on my ELEMNT go against the plan, step by step?”
Mostly on plan. Your warm-up and the first three intervals were on target, and the fourth sat 9 W under it. Your cadence held near 90 rpm the whole session.

“Put a 2 x 20 min threshold ride on my Wahoo for Thursday at my FTP.”
Planned for Thursday at your FTP, 268 W: 2 × 20 min at 255 to 268 W with 5 min easy between, warm‑up and cool‑down included. It’s on your Wahoo now.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit connects to Wahoo directly: your last 90 days come in, then each ride and run as your Wahoo syncs.
- Your Wahoo FTP is offered in the app's Training zones and never replaces yours by itself.
- Disconnecting Wahoo also removes the upcoming sessions Memory.fit put on your Wahoo calendar.
- Wahoo doesn't share workouts recorded in other apps, so a KICKR ride in Zwift or another app never reaches Memory.fit through Wahoo. Connect intervals.icu for those.
- The first read goes 90 days back.
- Muse is available in the US only.
- Muse connects with a key from the Memory.fit app. Paste it where Muse asks for it, never into a chat.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
