Is there an Oura connector for Muse?

Not from Oura. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: connect Oura in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Muse, and Muse reads it.

Muse gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Muse or Oura at any time.

Where do I paste the Memory.fit key?

Into Muse's secure credentials prompt, never into the chat. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › Muse › Copy my key copies it.

Do I need an Oura Membership?

For Oura Ring Gen3 and Oura Ring 4, yes: Oura shares their data with other apps only while your Oura Membership is active. If it lapses, the Oura page in Memory.fit says so, and what came in before stays in Memory.fit.

Connect Oura to Muse

Yes. Connect Oura in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Muse, and Muse reads your sleep and sleep stages, readiness, HRV and resting heart rate.

Muse can also write your plans back to Memory.fit, where you see them in the app.

Where it runs: The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
Good to know: The ring takes no workouts, so a session Muse plans lands in Memory.fit's Plan, around your Oura readiness.

02Tap Connect next to Oura.
03Sign in with your Oura account and choose what Memory.fit may read.
04Each night's sleep and readiness reach Memory.fit as Oura syncs.
