Is there an Apple Health connector for Muse?

Not from Apple. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: connect Apple Health in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Muse, and Muse reads it.

Does it work outside the US?

Not yet: Muse itself is available in the US only. Memory.fit works in every country, with every AI that takes a custom connector.

Is my Apple Health data safe?

Muse gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Muse or Apple Health at any time.

Where do I paste the Memory.fit key?

Into Muse's secure credentials prompt, never into the chat. In the Memory.fit app, Settings › AI agents › Muse › Copy my key copies it.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Memory.fit reads whatever is in Apple Health: your iPhone's steps, or any watch, ring or scale that writes there.

Connect Apple Health to Muse

Soon. It needs the Memory.fit iPhone app, which is coming soon. Once it is out, connect Apple Health there, add one Memory.fit address to Muse, and Muse reads your workouts, sleep and sleep stages, HRV and resting heart rate.

Muse can also write your plans back to Memory.fit, where you see them in the app.

Where it runs: The Muse app, muse.ai and WhatsApp. Meta does not say connectors work in WhatsApp, so check first.
Good to know: Apple Health takes nothing back from Memory.fit, so a week Muse plans lands in Memory.fit's Plan, around your sleep.

1. Apple Health in the Memory.fit app

01In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → Health data.
02Tap Apple Health, then Connect.
03Choose what Memory.fit may read and tap Allow.
04Memory.fit syncs in the background from then on.

2. Memory.fit in Muse

01In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → AI agents → Muse and create your key.
02In a Muse chat, say: “Add a custom connector called Memory.fit. Its address is the link I’ll paste, and it needs a key.”
