What it can do
What Dots can do with it
- Plans written back
- In part. OpenAI says a dot's background research uses your connected apps read only, so plans are written when you ask in the chat.
- Scheduled check-ins
- Yes. Dots are always on, each with its own cloud computer, so your dot can check in on its own.
- Where it runs
- Inside ChatGPT, each dot with its own cloud computer. Adding Memory.fit needs chatgpt.com in a browser.
- Good to know
- Polar's own cardio load reaches your dot as Polar sends it: the day's load, your strain over 7 days, your tolerance over 28 days and Polar's status, such as productive or overreaching.

“Compare my training load this month with last month.”
Uses:get_training_load
“How did my sleep change on the nights after my hard sessions?”
Shorter, mostly. After hard sessions you averaged 6 h 50 of sleep, against 7 h 35 otherwise, and Polar rated four of those nights compromised.

“Move tomorrow's threshold run if my Nightly Recharge is poor, and tell me why.”
Moved. Last night's Nightly Recharge was poor, so the threshold run is on Saturday now, and Thursday is an easy 40 min run.
