What it can do

What Claude can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Claude writes your plans back to Memory.fit, and asks you before it replaces or removes something you have.
Meal photos
In part. Claude sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
Scheduled check-ins
Yes. On Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, Claude runs scheduled tasks in the cloud, and they use your connectors.
Where it runs
claude.ai, the desktop app and your phone. New connectors are added on the web or desktop, then work in the phone app too.

Other routes

Polar in Claude without Memory.fit

Polar has no official route to Claude. The nearest is Anthropic's own:

From Anthropic

Claude's Apple Health and Health Connect links

Where
US only
Needs
Claude Pro, Max or Ultra, a beta in Claude's phone app, with Polar Flow sharing to Apple Health or Health Connect
The catch
It sees only what Polar Flow shares there, without Nightly Recharge or HRV, it is Claude only, and nothing goes back to your Polar.

With Memory.fit

Polar in Claude, anywhere

  • Works in every country.
  • Claude reads your Polar data as Polar records it: the list above.
  • Every AI you add reads the same history, under its own permissions.

Try it

Ask Claude about your Polar data

“Read my Nightly Recharge for the last two weeks and tell me which nights I recovered worst.”

Uses:get_daily_metricsget_sleep

“Compare my training load this month with last month.”

Uses:get_training_load

“How did my sleep change on the nights after my hard sessions?”

ClaudeExample
After your five hard sessions you slept 6 h 40 on average, against 7 h 25 on other nights. Your Nightly Recharge was compromised or poor on four of those five nights.

From the video. Answers depend on your data.

Uses:get_sleepget_workouts

“Move tomorrow's threshold run if my Nightly Recharge is poor, and tell me why.”

ClaudeExample
Last night's Nightly Recharge was poor and your ANS charge was −5.8, the lowest this week. I moved Thursday's threshold run to Saturday and put an easy 40 min run on Thursday.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • Polar shares the last 30 days of history, so older sessions don't come in.
  • Accept Polar's data sharing consents when you connect, or Polar shares nothing.
  • Memory.fit reads Polar and sends nothing to it.
  • Polar shares the last 30 days of history.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Questions

Polar in Claude, in short.

  • Not from Polar. The nearest is Claude's Apple Health and Health Connect links, from Anthropic: US only. Claude Pro, Max or Ultra, a beta in Claude's phone app, with Polar Flow sharing to Apple Health or Health Connect. It sees only what Polar Flow shares there, without Nightly Recharge or HRV, it is Claude only, and nothing goes back to your Polar. Memory.fit is another route, a hosted MCP server: connect Polar in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Claude, and Claude reads it.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Claude has its own requirements: any plan, about a minute.

  • Memory.fit works in every country, and Claude's requirements name no region.

  • Claude gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Claude or Polar at any time.

  • Not the first time. Claude adds new connectors on claude.ai or in the desktop app. After that, Memory.fit works in the Claude phone app too.

  • Polar shares your data with another app only after you accept its data sharing consents. If you skip them, the Polar page in Memory.fit says so, and connecting again lets you accept them.
