Meal photos
Yes. Send ChatGPT a photo of your meal: it logs the meal and can pass the photo itself to Memory.fit, so it saves with the entry.
Scheduled check-ins
In part. ChatGPT can schedule tasks, but OpenAI does not say a scheduled task can use a custom connector like Memory.fit. Try it once.

Good to know
Hevy has its own app inside ChatGPT, called with @hevy, free for every Hevy user, and it saves the plans it makes into Hevy. Through Memory.fit, ChatGPT reads the same sets beside your sleep and other training, and plans your sessions on Memory.fit's Plan.

Set up Hevy in ChatGPT

1. Hevy in the Memory.fit app

  1. 01In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → Health data and tap Hevy.
  2. 02On hevy.com, open Settings → Developer and create an API key.
  3. 03Copy the key, paste it in Memory.fit and tap Connect Hevy.
  4. 04Your last 90 days of workouts come in, then each new one as you finish it.

2. Memory.fit in ChatGPT

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • Needs Hevy Pro for the API key. Without a key, a workout Hevy saves to Apple Health or Health Connect still comes in from there, as a strength workout with its time and estimated calories, without the sets; Hevy's sync to them has to be on, and it doesn't send older workouts.
  • Memory.fit reads Hevy and writes nothing back to it.
  • Your key is stored encrypted and never shown again; revoke it in Hevy at any time.
  • The first read goes 90 days back.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
