Apple Watch MCP
Apple Watch in ChatGPT, Claude and every MCP app.
Apple has no official MCP server for Apple Watch.
Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes. It has no direct Apple Watch connection: link Apple Watch to Apple Health, connect Apple Health in the Memory.fit app, add one address to your AI, and it reads workouts with heart rate, pace and power, sleep and sleep stages, HRV and resting heart rate.
This needs the Memory.fit iPhone app, which is coming: join the waitlist. On Android, Memory.fit reads Health Connect today.

Your options
Every way to get Apple Watch into an AI
Apple runs no MCP server for Apple Watch. Community servers run on your own computer, hosted services run it for you, and so does Memory.fit.
| Option | Where it runs | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Hosted serviceClaude's Apple Health linkHosted | Hosted | Claude's iPhone app, in the US, on a Pro, Max or Ultra plan (beta, read only). |

When another option is better
- You live in the US, use only Claude or only ChatGPT, and want just to ask about your watch's data: their own Apple Health features may be enough.
Limits, said plainly
- Needs the Memory.fit iPhone app, which is not on the App Store yet. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it is.
- Only what your watch saves to Apple Health comes through.
- Works with every AI you connect, not only the AI apps with their own health features, and outside the US.

No. Memory.fit is hosted: you add one address to your AI and sign in with your Memory.fit account. Nothing to install, no password of another service to paste.
