Runna MCP
Your Runna runs in ChatGPT and Claude, through your watch.
Runna has no official MCP server.
Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server for athletes. It has no direct Runna connection: link Runna to Garmin, COROS, Suunto or Apple Health, connect Garmin, COROS, Suunto or Apple Health in the Memory.fit app, add one address to your AI, and it reads completed runs, from your watch or Apple Watch, duration and distance, heart rate.
You need the Memory.fit app on Android (the iPhone app is coming), and an AI that can add a custom connector.

Your options
Every way to get Runna into an AI
Runna runs no MCP server. Community servers run on your own computer, hosted services run it for you, and so does Memory.fit.
| Option | Where it runs | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Hosted MCP serverMemory.fit MCPHosted, in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot, Gemini and any MCP app | Hosted, in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot, Gemini and any MCP app | The Memory.fit app with the watch that records your Runna runs connected: Garmin, COROS or Suunto, or Apple Health for an Apple Watch. $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free. |
When another option is better
- You want your AI to change the Runna plan itself: Runna has no API for that, so the plan stays in Runna. Memory.fit gives your AI the runs and lets it plan around them.
Limits, said plainly
- Runna's plan doesn't come in: Runna has no public API. Your AI sees the runs your watch recorded, not the sessions Runna scheduled.
- A run you record only in the Runna phone app, with no watch, reaches your AI only if it lands in Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Memory.fit sends nothing to Runna.

Questions
Runna MCP, in short.
No. Runna does not run an MCP server.
Yes, through Garmin, COROS, Suunto or Apple Health. Link Runna to Garmin, COROS, Suunto or Apple Health, connect Garmin, COROS, Suunto or Apple Health in the Memory.fit app, add Memory.fit to ChatGPT as a connector, and ChatGPT reads each finished session. Claude and every MCP app work the same way.
No. Memory.fit is hosted: you add one address to your AI and sign in with your Memory.fit account. Nothing to install, no password of another service to paste.
Each AI gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the app with who made it, and you can disconnect an AI or a source at any time.
No. Runna has no public API, so its plan stays in Runna. Your AI sees each run once your watch records it, and can plan around Runna's sessions if you tell it what they are.
