Memory.fit reads your cycle from Apple Health or Health Connect and shows it in You. Your AI sees it only when you turn on Cycle data for it.

Steps

  1. iPhone

Your cycle app, like Clue or Flo, or the Health app itself, needs to write to Apple Health. When Memory.fit asks about your cycle, tap Continue and allow it.

  2. iPhone

To check later: open the Health app, tap your picture, then Apps under Privacy, then Memory, and turn on the Cycle Tracking items.

  3. Android

Your cycle app needs to write to Health Connect. In Health Connect, open App permissions, tap Memory and turn on Menstruation, and Ovulation test and Basal body temperature if you track them.

  4. Open You, then Cycle, to see what Memory.fit read: your cycle day, phase and average length. Only you see it there.

  5. To share it, tap You, then the cog, then AI agents, tap your AI and turn on Cycle data. It is off until you turn it on, for each AI.

  6. Turn Cycle data off at any time and that AI no longer sees your cycle.
