Memory.fit is the data and memory layer for the AI you already use. It connects Apple Health, Withings and TrainingPeaks (and shows Strava in the app), keeps your goals, plans and fueling, and shows it all in the Memory.fit app. Your AI does the talking; Memory.fit does the remembering.

Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, WHOOP, Oura, Withings, Apple Health, Health Connect, intervals.icu and TrainingPeaks connect directly. Nutrition apps like MyFitnessPal and Cronometer arrive through Apple Health and Health Connect. Strava shows inside the Memory.fit app only, because Strava doesn't allow its data in AI tools.
Yes. Connect as many as you like. They read and write the same memory, so nothing is lost when you switch.
In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → AI agents → DeepSeek and tap Disconnect. Access stops immediately.
