AI fitness coaching with OpenClaw

Your always-on OpenClaw agent, with your training and fuel in its memory. Connect Memory.fit once and OpenClaw coaches you from your real training, fueling and recovery.

Memory.fit works with the AI you already use. It isn't a coaching app, and it doesn't connect to one.

Done. Every Monday at 7:00 I'll write your review and plan the week around your calendar. This week's is already in Memory.fit.

Coaching

What can OpenClaw do with Memory.fit?

Works while you train

OpenClaw keeps going in the background: weekly reviews, plan tweaks and fueling prep are ready when you are.

Re-plans around real life

A short night, a work trip or a sore calf: it moves sessions and says why, and you can undo it in one tap.

Fuels every long session

It writes the in-session fuel plan, gel by gel and bottle by bottle, and you see it in the app before you start.

Writes your weekly review

What went well, one thing to fix and next week's focus, posted to the app every Monday.

Remembers what works

It saves the lessons: the gel that sits well, the taper that worked. Every agent you use reads them.

You stay in charge

Plan changes are opt-in, every action shows in your feed, and you can disconnect at any time.

What can I ask OpenClaw?

Every Monday

“Every Monday morning, write my weekly review and plan the week around my calendar.”

Before each long ride

“The night before any ride over two hours, write the fueling plan.”

After a bad night

“If I sleep under six hours, move the hard session and tell me why.”

Race week

“Build my race plan for the Ironman 70.3: taper, carb load, race-morning breakfast and a checklist.”

About OpenClaw

What is OpenClaw?

OpenClaw is an open, self-hosted agent that runs around the clock. With Memory.fit in its toolbox, it never forgets your training.

What is Memory.fit?

Memory.fit is the data and memory layer for the AI you already use. It connects Apple Health, Withings and TrainingPeaks (and shows Strava in the app), keeps your goals, plans and fueling, and shows it all in the Memory.fit app. Your AI does the talking; Memory.fit does the remembering.

Is my data safe?

Stored in the EU and encrypted. You choose what OpenClaw may change, every action shows in your feed, and you can disconnect it in one tap.

Something not working?

  • Unauthorized or 401. The key was mistyped or revoked. Create a new one in the Memory.fit app and paste it again.
  • Too many calls. Each connection has an hourly limit. Wait for the time Memory.fit gives you and try again.
  • OpenClaw doesn't use Memory.fit. Mention Memory.fit in your message ("check Memory.fit", "use my Memory.fit data"), or switch the connector on for the chat if OpenClaw asks.
  • The numbers look old. Memory.fit shows what your apps have synced. Open your watch's app and Apple Health once, then check Settings → Health data in the Memory.fit app.

Questions

OpenClaw and Memory.fit, in short.

  • 3 steps: In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → AI agents → OpenClaw and create your key. Add the server to your OpenClaw config (or Control UI → Settings → MCP → Add server). Set transport to streamable-http explicitly, reload the Gateway, then run openclaw mcp doctor memory-fit --probe.

  • No. OpenClaw is the coach. Memory.fit gives it your training data, your plans, your fueling and a lasting memory of you, and shows it all in the Memory.fit app.

  • Your workouts, sleep, daily metrics, fuel log, goals and plans. You choose what it can change: reading is always on, changing your plan is opt-in.

  • Only if you allow it. Every change shows in the app with OpenClaw's reason, and you can undo it in one tap.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free. OpenClaw itself: Self-hosted.

  • Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, WHOOP, Oura, Withings, Apple Health, Health Connect, intervals.icu and TrainingPeaks connect directly. Nutrition apps like MyFitnessPal and Cronometer arrive through Apple Health and Health Connect. Strava shows inside the Memory.fit app only, because Strava doesn't allow its data in AI tools.

  • Yes. Connect as many as you like. They read and write the same memory, so nothing is lost when you switch.

  • In the Memory.fit app, open Settings → AI agents → OpenClaw and tap Disconnect. Access stops immediately.
