Memory.fit vs freddy
Memory.fit vs freddy: read your data, or act on it.
freddy is a personal health MCP server: it connects your wearables, scales and apps to Claude, ChatGPT and other agents, read only, with a free tier and a $49 yearly plan. Memory.fit also gives the AI you already use your training, sleep, body and fuel, and then lets it write back: plans, daily targets, meals, session fuel plans and structured workouts to your watch, all shown in the Memory.fit app.

The difference
Where Memory.fit is different.
Your AI can write, not only read
freddy says it is read only on every account you connect. With Memory.fit your AI plans your week, sets daily fuel and fluid targets, logs meals and drinks, and sends structured sessions to Garmin, COROS, Suunto and Wahoo.
An app for what your AI planned
Today, Plan and Progress in the Memory.fit app show your AI's plan, targets and fueling next to what you actually did, each marked with who wrote it.
Built for training and fueling
Session fuel plans with carbs, fluid and sodium per hour, sweat tests, race goals, strength logs and day types. Memory.fit gives your AI cited reference numbers to plan from, and makes no recommendations of its own.
WHOOP, COROS and TrainingPeaks today
Memory.fit reads WHOOP, COROS and your TrainingPeaks calendar now. freddy lists WHOOP on a waitlist and does not list COROS or TrainingPeaks.
Fair is fair
Where freddy is strong.
- A free tier: one source and seven days of history, no card.
- Low prices: $49 a year, or $249 once for life.
- Native iPhone and Android apps on the stores today.
- It says it is an official app in ChatGPT's app directory, with one click install for Claude.
- Unusual sources: Airthings air quality, Sleep Cycle, Concept2, Hevy, Lyfta and Runalyze, with Dexcom glucose in early access.
