Memory.fit vs Runna
Memory.fit vs Runna: a running plan app, or your own AI.
Runna builds personalized running plans, from a first 5K to an ultra, and sends the workouts to your watch; its App Store seller is Strava. Memory.fit has no plans of its own: it gives the AI you already use your runs, sleep, body and fuel, and your AI writes the plan, targets and fueling back into the Memory.fit app and onto your watch. Runna is a running coach app; Memory.fit lets any sport, including triathlon and HYROX, be planned by your AI.

The difference
Where Memory.fit is different.
Every sport, one AI
Your AI can plan running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, HYROX and the gym in one week, with strength sessions placed away from your key runs. Runna's plans are for running, with strength, mobility, yoga and Pilates alongside.
Ask why, change anything
Talk to Claude or ChatGPT about the plan: why this session, what if you travel, what to do after a bad night. Your AI reads your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate before it answers.
Fueling and meals in the same plan
Your AI can write a fuel plan for each long run, set daily fuel targets, log meals and plan race day. Runna covers nutrition in help articles; we did not find food logging or fuel plans in the app on its pages.
Your data reaches your AI, not Strava's
Memory.fit reads your watch directly or through Apple Health and Health Connect. Strava activities show in the Memory.fit app but never reach an AI.

- Workouts sync to Garmin two weeks ahead, plus COROS, Apple Watch, Suunto and Amazfit.
