Bring in your food app, like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer

Meals you log in a nutrition app reach Memory.fit through Apple Health or Health Connect, so your AI sees what you ate. Each meal is counted once.

Steps

  1. iPhone

In your food app, connect Apple Health and allow it to write nutrition. In MyFitnessPal it is under More, Apps & Devices; in Cronometer under More, Connect Apps & Devices. The menus can move between versions.

  2. iPhone

Let Memory.fit read it: when Memory.fit asks about fuel and hydration, tap Continue and allow them. To check later, open the Health app, tap your picture, then Apps under Privacy, then Memory, and turn on the nutrition items.

  3. Android

In your food app, connect Health Connect and allow it to write Nutrition. In MyFitnessPal it is under More, Apps & Devices; in Cronometer under More, Connect Apps & Devices.

  4. Android

Let Memory.fit read it: in Health Connect, open App permissions, tap Memory and turn on Nutrition and Hydration. Memory.fit reads new data when you open the app.

  5. Log a meal in your food app, then open Memory.fit, tap Plan and open today. The meal shows with your app's name, like Lunch · MyFitnessPal.

  6. To change or remove a meal from your food app, do it in that app. In Memory.fit you can long press it and flag it as wrong, so your AI knows.
