Turn on Health Connect on Android
Health Connect is how Memory.fit reads your workouts, sleep, heart rate, weight and more on Android, from the apps and devices that write to it.
Android
Steps
In Memory.fit, tap You, then the cog at the top right, then Health data.
Under Add a source, tap Connect next to Health Connect.
Health Connect asks what Memory.fit may read. Allow at least Exercise and Sleep. Add Nutrition and Hydration for your meals and drinks, and Menstruation for your cycle if you want them.
On Android 13 and older, Health Connect is an app: if it is missing, the Play Store opens. Install it, come back and tap Connect again. On Android 14 and newer it is built into Settings.
To change what Memory.fit reads later, open Settings, search for Health Connect, tap App permissions, then Memory.
Memory.fit reads new data when you open the app, and the first time it reads up to 90 days back.
