How to · Your AI

Log a meal from a photo

Send your AI a photo of your meal. It estimates the macros, logs them in Memory.fit and, where your AI can pass the photo on, saves it with the entry as your own.

Steps

  1. Your AI needs Log fuel and weight, which is on when you connect. Check it in AI agents, on your AI's page.

  2. In ChatGPT or Claude, tap + in the message box, add the photo and write: "Log this meal in Memory.fit and save my photo with it."

  3. ChatGPT can pass the photo itself to Memory.fit, so it saves with the entry.

  4. Claude and Grok see the photo but can't hand it to Memory.fit, unless they can run code with internet access. Otherwise give them a share link to the photo, like a Google Drive or Dropbox link anyone can open, or let them pick a stock picture.

  5. Open the day in Plan and tap the entry: the macros, what was in it and the picture. Your own photo shows as yours. A stock picture is marked Illustration.

  6. Numbers look off? Long press the entry and tap Flag as wrong. Your AI sees the flag and fixes it.

Words for your AI

“Here's a photo of my meal. Estimate what's in it and log it in Memory.fit with the calories, carbs, protein and fat, and the foods one by one. Save my photo with the entry as my own photo.”
