Use Memory.fit inside WhatsApp with Muse

Muse is Meta's personal AI, in its own app and in WhatsApp. Add Memory.fit to Muse with a key, then message Muse about your training and fuel.

Steps

Muse is available in the US to adults 18 and older, in the Muse app, at muse.ai and in WhatsApp.
In Memory.fit, tap You, then the cog, then AI agents, and find Muse (under More AIs if it is not listed). Tap Copy the prompt for Muse.
Paste the prompt into a chat with Muse. Muse sets Memory.fit up as a custom connector. Meta does not document adding one by link, so if Muse asks, tell it the address is https://api.memory.fit/mcp and it needs a key.
On Muse's page in Memory.fit, tap Copy my key. Paste the key into Muse's secure credentials prompt, never into the chat.
To use Muse in WhatsApp, follow the steps in the Muse app to link WhatsApp, then message Muse there. Meta does not say connectors work there, so check first: ask "What did I eat today in Memory.fit?"
